On the other hand, we encourage you to call with your questions and orders. But if no one happens to answer please leave a message on the answering machine. We are a fully functioning ranch and can't always be right by the phone. On weekdays the office is staffed full time. On weekends the office is staffed part time. So don't be surprised when a message left on Sunday may be returned a few hours later.
Most likely your call will be answered by Carolyn or Sandra. They are not computers. Nor are they stationed thousands of miles away in a foreign country. They literally work on the ranch in the office. Quite often they can look out the windows and see cattle, deer, wild pigs, and other creatures grazing in the pastures up close and personal. Of utmost importance, they are real people with feelings and a desire to help you with your order.
