American Grass-Fed Lamb is a very affordable, special occasion meat product. Variety is the spice of life and lamb provides a delicate, delicious opportunity for spicing up one's lifestyle. Lamb is good, and when it's raised on lush grasslands, it's doubly good.
Our 100% grass-fed Lamb cuts are shrink wrapped, frozen, and freezer ready. For more information on various lamb cuts and cooking processes check out this link at the American Lamb Board.

Product Descriptions
Rack of Lamb: One in a package, weight 3.3 - 3.5 pounds.
Lamb Chops: Cut 3/4-inch thick. Uusually four in a package, weight 1.6 - 2.2 pounds.
Sirloin Chops: Cut 3/4-inch thick. Uusually four in a package, weight 1.5 - 2.2 pounds.
Shoulder Chops: Cut 3/4-inch thick. Uusually four in a package, weight 1.7 - 2.2 pounds.
Arm Chops: Cut 3/4-inch thick. Uusually four in a package, weight 1.2 - 1.6 pounds.
Lamb Round Steak: Cut 3/4-inch thick. Two in a package, weight 1.0 - 1.6 pounds.
Leg of Lamb: One leg in a package, weight 6.0 - 7.5 pounds.
Sirloin Roast: One in a package, weight about 1.4 to 1.6 pounds.
Shoulder Roast: One in a package, weight 2.3 - 4 pounds.
Arm Roast: One in a package, weight 1.6 - 3 pounds.
Short Ribs: Several in a pack, 1.9 - 2.2 pounds. Great for barbecue or roasting.
Ground Lamb: One-pound packages.
Lamb Stew Meat: One-pound packages.
Lamb Bone-In Stew: One-pound packages
Lamb Shanks: Two in a package, weight 1.5 - 2.3 pounds.
