Kerrygold also has a Garlic & Herb Butter that is homemade with the highest quality herbs and garlic and is completely free of any unnatural preservatives. It's the perfect way to bring to life a plate of steamed vegetables or add a gourmet touch to a charbroiled filet mignon. Our maybe better yet, use it as a melted dip when eating steamed artichoke leaves . . . and then the heart!

Kerrygold's regular butter, which has the awesome old fashioned butter flavor, comes "Lightly Salted" or "No Salt." Please specify when ordering. Tub Butter is "Lightly Salted." Butter packs weigh 8 ounces each. Garlic & Herb butter sticks weigh 3.5 ounces each.

Kerrygold 100% Grass-Fed Cheeses

These cheeses are the real thing. They are made from milk that comes from grass-fed dairy cows that are never fed grain. These cheeses have great texture, incredible flavor, and they can actually be considered good for the body. These cheeses come in small packages that weigh seven ounces.

Kerrygold Aged Cheddar has a distinctive, creamy taste and firm, smooth body.

Kerrygold Blarney Castle Cheese is a natural semi-soft, part skim cheese reminiscent of a young Gouda.

Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese is a mature cheese with a rounded flavor and a natural hint of sweetness. It has elements of a mature Cheddar with the bite of an aged Parmesan.

Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar has a stronger, more intense flavor than regular Kerrygold Aged Cheddar. It is aged an extra year longer to concentrate flavors but still maintains a rich and creamy quality.

Kerrygold Swiss Cheese has a smooth texture and mild, sweet, nutty taste and is characterized by its evenly distributed holes.

Swissland Cheeses In 1982, Kirk Johnson, a 4th generation dairyman, began a business with the local Amish in Berne, Indiana, providing them a place to market their milk. Soon after he was exploring what he could do with this milk. In 2000, he came in contact with a master cheesemaker from Wisconsin and began making high quality cheese at a reasonable price. Now Swissland specializes in Grass Fed, Raw Milk, Goat Milk and conventional cow milk cheeses. These cheeses are made in small batches, providing greater quality control over the final product.
